Who sells to you
You buy from Tiguri GmbH, Riesbachstrasse 61, 8008 Zürich, Switzerland, company number CHE-297.148.185. For anything about an order, write to [email protected].
What you buy
Each item is described on its page and in your order. The Founding Edition pin is a hard enamel pin, 25 mm across, in a velvet box. Only 50 are made. Each one is engraved on the back with its own number out of 50. Numbers are not set aside for particular buyers.
Price and payment
- The price is in South African rand. It is the total you pay us, with delivery included unless your order shows a courier fee.
- You pay by card on a secure page run by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
- We are a Swiss company, so your bank may treat the payment as a foreign one and add its own fee. That fee is between you and your bank.
- Your order is confirmed once the payment has gone through. We email you to say so.
Delivery
- Items are made to order, so delivery takes some weeks. We email you when your order is on its way.
- In South Africa we deliver with The Courier Guy, to your door or to a Pudo locker or depot, as agreed with you.
- Outside South Africa, the maker ships to you directly. For the Founding Edition this is included. For later editions a small courier fee may apply outside South Africa; if so, your order shows the exact amount before you pay.
- Please check that your delivery address and cell number are right before you pay. If an order goes missing, we resend it or refund you in full.
Changing your mind
- You can cancel for a full refund until we place the order with the maker. Just write to us. After that, each item is being made for you and the order cannot be cancelled.
- Because this is a numbered limited edition made to order, we do not take items back for a change of mind, except where the law where you live gives you that right. In that case, send it back unused and in its box, you pay the cost of sending it back, and we refund the price.
If something is wrong
If an item arrives damaged or has a fault, tell us within 6 months and send us a photo. We replace it, and we pay the postage. If we cannot replace it, we refund the price.
If we cannot supply what you paid for, for example because the maker lets us down, we refund you in full.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually show within 10 working days.
Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here takes away the rights that consumer law gives you where you live.
Your details
We use your details only to deliver your order and to keep the records the law requires. The privacy notice explains what we keep, who helps us and for how long.
Law and language
These terms are governed by Swiss law, and the courts of Zürich decide any dispute. You also keep the protection of the consumer law where you live. The English text is the one that counts.
